POKS Mussels Cream Sauce

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 to 2 lbs Mussels (frozen, Pre-cooked)
  • 1 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 1/8 cup Parsley (Chopped)
  • 1 Lemon (Juice only)
  • Sourdough Bread
  • 1/2 POKS Green Chili West African Seasoning

RECIPE:

  • Heat the heavy cream in a large pan.
  • Melt in the butter, lemon juice, POKS Green Chili Seasoning and chopped parsley.
  • Add in the mussels on medium heat and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, until the shells are open.
  • Serve with sliced sourdough.
