POKS Bang Bang Shrimp & Salmon
With our bang bang shrimp and salmon recipe, the Asian-inspired bang bang sauce meets the toasty warmth of the POKS Jollof Rice West African Seasoning.

INGREDIENTS:
- 6 oz Salmon (skin on)
- 8 to 10 Large Shrimp
- 2 Tbsp Corn Starch
- 1 Tbsp Sweet Chili Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Mayo
- 1 Tbsp POKS Jollof Rice West African Seasoning
- Salt (to taste)
- Neutral Oil
- 1 Cup Rice (cooked)
- Chives (for garnish)
RECIPE:
- Pat dry the seafood and evenly coat with the corn starch.
- Fry in a shallow pan using oil to cover half way.
- In a small bowl mix the mayo, chili sauce, POKS Seasoning and salt to taste.
- Pour the sauce over the cooked seafood and garnish with chives.
- Serve over rice.
