POKS Plantain Waffles

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 over-ripened plantain
- 1 Tbsp POKS Red Chili West African Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp Melted Butter/Oil
- 1/4 cup flour
RECIPE:
- Mash/blend all the ingredients.
- Scoop portions and cook in a waffle maker until cooked.
- Serve with a drizzle of spicy honey or sour cream for breakfast, or with a side of beans stew for lunch.
